Last Updated: October 15, 2025
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before applying to the Scorable Affiliate Program ("Program"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your participation in the Program.
By submitting your application to the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not apply or participate in the Program.
1. Definitions
- "Scorable," "we," "us," "our" refers to Tech Trend, the owner and operator of the Scorable mobile application.
- "Affiliate," "you," "your" refers to the individual or entity participating in the Program.
- "Affiliate Link/Code" refers to the unique tracking URL or referral code provided by us to you.
- "Qualified Purchase" refers to a successful purchase of a Scorable Pro subscription by a new customer using your Affiliate Link/Code where the customer has completed any applicable free trial period and has made their first full payment. The purchase must not be subsequently refunded or subject to a chargeback.
- "Net Revenue" refers to the amount actually received by Scorable from a Qualified Purchase after the deduction of applicable taxes, platform fees (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store fees), and transaction costs.
- "Commission" refers to the fee we pay you for each Qualified Purchase.
2. Enrollment and Approval
To enroll in the Program, you must complete and submit the official application form. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or reject any application for any reason. We may reject applications if we determine your site or promotional methods are unsuitable for our Program, including those that are violent, discriminatory, promote illegal activities, or violate intellectual property rights.
3. Affiliate Obligations and Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to the following:
- 3.1. FTC Disclosure: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Scorable in all your promotions. Your disclosures must be compliant with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. This includes using language such as
#ad, #sponsored, or (paid link) in your content.
- 3.2. No Misleading Claims: You shall not make any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Scorable or its performance. All promotional content must be honest and based on your genuine experience.
- 3.3. Prohibited Content: You may not promote Scorable on any website or platform that contains illegal, hateful, defamatory, or obscene content.
- 3.4. No Spam: You are prohibited from promoting Scorable using any form of unsolicited email (spam), or any other unsolicited communications.
- 3.5. PPC Bidding Restrictions: You are not permitted to bid on any pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using keywords that include "Scorable," "Scorable App," or any misspellings or variations thereof.
- 3.6. Self-Referrals: You are not permitted to use your own Affiliate Link/Code to purchase Scorable subscriptions for personal use.
4. Commission and Payouts
- 4.1. Commission Rates: Subject to this Agreement, you will earn a one-time commission for each Qualified Purchase based on Net Revenue as follows:
- Yearly Plan: 50% of Net Revenue from the initial purchase.
- Monthly Plan: 30% of Net Revenue from the initial purchase.
- Weekly Plan: 20% of Net Revenue from the initial purchase.
- 4.2. Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid on a Net-45 basis. This means you will be paid for all commissions earned in a calendar month approximately 45 days after the end of that month. This delay allows for the processing of refunds and chargebacks.
- 4.3. Payout Threshold: A minimum balance of $50.00 is required before a payout will be issued. Balances below this amount will roll over to the next month.
- 4.4. Payment Method: Payments will be made via a method mutually agreed upon by both parties (e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer). It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for lost payments due to incorrect payment information provided by you.
- 4.5. Refunds and Chargebacks: If a Qualified Purchase is later refunded or subject to a chargeback, the corresponding Commission will be deducted from your next payout.
5. Term and Termination
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party. You or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all Scorable promotional materials and your Affiliate Link/Code.
6. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Scorable. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
7. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by email. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Program following our posting of a change notice will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
